Terms

The rules of the road. Plain English.

Last updated May 24, 2026

The short version

Soulmath gives you a numerology reading and a one-tap way to compare with a friend. The math is real Pythagorean numerology; the interpretation is written by an AI we tuned for this. It’s for insight and entertainment — it’s not medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. Don’t use it to make decisions you’d normally pay a professional to help with.

The rest of this page is the long version. Skim it.

Who can use Soulmath

You need to be 13 or older. If you’re between 13 and 18, a parent or guardian needs to be OK with you using Soulmath. If you’re creating an account on behalf of another person, you confirm you have permission to do that.

You agree to use accurate info when you sign up. If you use someone else’s name and birthday without their permission — especially for the friend compare feature — that’s on you, not us.

What you’re agreeing to

By using Soulmath you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use Soulmath. We’ll respect the choice.

Your account

You’re responsible for your account and anything that happens under it. Keep your password to yourself. If something looks compromised, email hello@soulmath.ioand we’ll help you lock it down.

The reading

Numerology reduces your full birth name and your birthday to five core numbers (life path, expression, soul urge, personality, birthday) using the Pythagorean system. We don’t reduce master numbers (11, 22, 33). The math is deterministic. The interpretation is written by a tuned language model in real time.

We do our best to make the writing specific, honest, and useful. We don’t claim it predicts the future, diagnoses anything, or replaces a professional in any field. It’s for insight and entertainment. Treat it as such.

The friend-compare feature

When you create a share link, you’re creating a 30-day signed URL that lets someone enter their own birthday and see a compatibility reading with you. We do this through cryptographically signed tokens, not via any kind of public listing. Only someone with the link can use it. Links expire automatically.

You can’t generate a friend-compare reading for someone without their consent — the other person enters their own birthday. Don’t pretend to be someone else when redeeming a link.

Paid plans

We’re in beta. Right now, everything during the waitlist period is free. When we turn on paid plans (Soulmath Full at $3.99/mo, Friend Compare add-on at +$1.99/mo, bundle at $5.98/mo), we’ll show you the price clearly before any charge, you’ll be able to cancel any time, and refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis through hello@soulmath.io.

Prices are subject to change.Any change to pricing will be posted on the website (and, for active subscribers, sent by email) before it takes effect. If you’re already paying when a price changes, the new price applies at your next renewal — not retroactively.

What you can’t do

Briefly: don’t be a jerk and don’t break things. Specifically:

  • Don’t use Soulmath to harass, threaten, or stalk anyone — including via the friend-compare feature.
  • Don’t scrape, reverse-engineer, or try to bypass rate limits or authentication.
  • Don’t resell readings or commercial-use the output without permission.
  • Don’t upload someone else’s birth info without their consent for any feature beyond the friend-compare flow described above.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. We’ll try to tell you why first, but for safety reasons we may act first and explain after.

Our stuff vs. your stuff

Soulmath’s code, brand, copy, and the format of the readings are ours. The specific reading generated for you is for your personal use — share it freely with friends, screenshot it, send it to your group chat. That’s the whole point. Don’t republish it commercially without asking.

No warranty, limited liability

Soulmath is provided as-is. We don’t guarantee it will be available 24/7, or that the interpretation will perfectly resonate, or that the friend-compare will save your friendship. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at what you’ve paid us in the last 12 months — which, during the waitlist, is $0.

Changes to these Terms

If we change anything material, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and email account-holders. Continuing to use Soulmath after a change means you accept the new Terms.

Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. We’ll try to resolve any dispute by email first — hello@soulmath.io— before either side escalates. If you sue us, do it in New Jersey.
